Description JOB SUMMARY The Sales Representative reports to Vice President and is responsible for driving business by promoting industrial services, managing client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction while understanding technical aspects of environmental cleaning operations. This job description is a brief description of the job function. The Sales Representative is not limited to the job duties listed below, and may be asked from time to time to perform other miscellaneous job duties as assigned. Essential Job Functions Comprehends and adheres to all federal and RCS safety/security requirements while demonstrating proper execution in following the procedures/policies on a consistent basis. Understanding operational constraints and safety considerations. Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers. Conduct site visits, assess clients' environmental cleaning requirements. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs. Work closely with environmental cleaning operations to schedule services and ensure work specifications are met. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Manage sales pipeline, maintain accurate client records, and report progress to management. Completes tasks on time or notify appropriate personnel with an alternate plan. Exhibits a high level of quality of work through accuracy and thoroughness. Preserves the confidentiality of RCS intellectual property and methods. Skills And Educational Requirements Demonstrates professional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills when interacting with co-workers and clients in person, by telephone, or email, including the ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing. Exhibits a strong desire to act as a team player through initiative, creativity, a positive attitude, and the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships while coordinating effectively with operations and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly, and work independently in a self-motivated and target-driven manner, with strong problem-solving skills to propose solutions aligning safety, efficiency, and cost considerations. Mechanical aptitude and understanding of industrial processes, including technical knowledge of environmental cleaning operations, confined space work, industrial cleaning equipment, and hazardous material procedures, with a professional demeanor suitable for client-facing roles in industrial settings. This is a hybrid position requiring 75% travel; must be comfortable traveling to client sites including industrial facilities and plants. When not traveling, remote work is permitted with regular coordination with operations, technical teams, and management. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; a High School Diploma or GED with significant field experience will be considered. A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of industrial sales experience in oil and gas, chemical, or heavy industry is required, with at least two (2) years in tank cleaning or an oil field related industry preferred.
