About the role
All Wireless Zone® retail locations are independently owned and operated franchise stores with their own conditions of employment, including benefits and compensation.
Responsibilities
- Sell and service Verizon Wireless products and services at our retail location.
- Utilize customer service skills and expertise in product knowledge while applying proven sales methods.
- Promptly consult with customers to determine their wireless needs.
- Stay up to date on the latest technology.
- Help customers understand why our products meet their needs.
- Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
- Use a competitive spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Network and follow all leads and referrals.
- Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction while offering additional products and services.
- Work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
