Sales Operations Coordinator

About the role

A Sales Operations Coordinator at Touchstone, within Western & Southern, plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient operations related to mutual funds, SMAs, and ETFs. This position involves interacting with various levels of internal and external customers, managing systems, and coordinating with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Corrects territory and broker dealer affiliation for transactions within defined parameters to ensure proper credit to the submitting firm and wholesaler team.
• Reviews and updates newly created house accounts and merged firms and offices for proper registration and territory alignment.
• Pulls sales and asset data for specialized reports and sends them to the appropriate internal contacts.
• Maintains oversight of the resolution services vendor, assisting with mutual fund, SMA, and ETF trade and asset reconciliation.
• Responds to initial requests for standard broker-dealer Selling Agreements by coordinating Firm-level reviews and sending necessary documentation to external parties.
• Ensures that new firms are accurately set up in required systems once an agreement is executed, communicating status to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Mutual fund and/or ETF back office experience
