Responsibilities
- Manage the sales pipeline and deliver accurate, data-driven sales forecasts.
- Develop and track key sales KPIs to measure performance, identify gaps, and drive efficiency.
- Implement and administer sales automation tools (e.g., CRM systems) to streamline workflows.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute targeted sales campaigns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Pre-Sales, Services, Legal) to ensure alignment and execution.
- Support onboarding and training of new sales representatives on tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally within a global high-tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite).
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into business actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
