Sales/Marketing: Field Service Associate
Job Description
Cook up and distribute live interactive software presentations/trainings for clients in a medical setting.
Install photographic hardware equipment and Canfield computer software on-site.
Support technical support teams and distributor partner field teams with troubleshooting.
Handle post-sale customer account management, including scheduling additional trainings and periodic check-ins.
Offer feedback to product management and development teams.
Create thorough service reports documenting customer activity and training notes.
Core Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent, with minimum 3 years of professional experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, with the ability to lift, move, and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle fast-paced environments and provide guidance on software tool usage.
- Experience with computer technology and basic hardware tools.
- Strong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines.
Desired Experience
- Experience in the medical and/or aesthetic industry.
- Presentation and photography knowledge.
- Bilingual advantage.

Pay
The anticipated salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually, contingent upon experience, education, and market conditions.
Schedule
This position is expected to have a flexible schedule that includes both on-site and remote work.
