Responsibilities

  • Moderate level knowledge with marketing capabilities and concepts.
  • Support the execution of account-based and/or regional level campaigns with field sales teams.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, or demonstrations. This involves logistics, setting up booths, and ensuring a smooth experience for attendees.
  • Support corporate and sponsored events in coordination with corporate event management team and regional sales team.
  • Actively participate in research, designing, development, and coordination of organizational events and meetings.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers and partners. Listen to customer opinions, preferences, and pain points. This information helps the company improve its offerings.
  • Market Insights: Gain insights into local markets by observing consumer behavior, competitor activities, and emerging trends. Report market and customer intelligence to sales teams.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with consumers, retailers, and partners. Trust and rapport contribute to successful brand representation.
  • Brand Promotion: Act as liaisons between buyers and sellers. Provide valuable information about products and services directly to consumers. Promote the brand and create positive associations.
  • Support co-marketing demand generation program opportunities with our alliance partners.
  • On-Site Interaction: Engage with potential customers at events, trade shows, retail locations, or other physical settings. Answer questions, demonstrate products, and create memorable experiences.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the company’s offerings. Explain product features, benefits, and use cases to potential customers.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, corporate and with our partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business or another related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of business financial concepts and practices.
  • Knowledge of technology industry required.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including presentation, persuasion, and sales skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Some knowledge in CRM (Dynamics) and Marketing Automation.
  • Some knowledge in Digital Marketing (Paid Search, social media, Integrated Campaigns).
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically, intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Must be detail oriented and execute with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have exceptional communication and presentation skills that will represent the company professionally to outside agencies, financial institutions, business partners, employees, and customers.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and display personal and corporate integrity.
  • Must be self-motivated and results driven.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Must be team focused.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend or evening work if needed.
  • Provide presence in company sponsored events.
  • Must be able to travel for all in person events as needed.
