Responsibilities
- Execute marketing activities such as webinars, workshops, executive events, large-scale in-person events, and third-party sponsorships.
- Build and maintain sales enablement materials before and after events.
- Support regular sales communication cadences with updated marketing content.
- Manage procurement processes and track budgets efficiently.
- Document program deliverables to ensure activities are scalable and repeatable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal business partners.
- Travel as needed to support in-person events.
- Work during West Coast business hours.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing event coordination, preferably in a B2B enterprise software environment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) and Microsoft Excel for managing complex spreadsheets.
- Experience using Mac systems.
- Familiarity with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
