Pay
Our compensation package features a competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission structure. At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $180,600.00 – $236,000.00. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $350,000 or more for high achievers.
Individual starting salary may also fall within the range of $110,600.00 - $166,000.00 plus commission of $70,000, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
Responsibilities
- Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Direct, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance and foster ongoing skill development.
- Drive Strategic Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Manage Key Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients, resolve complex challenges, and
