Sales Manager - Mid Market

For our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager - Mid Market to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead a team of Account Executives focused on driving new revenue growth within the mid-market segment. The Sales Manager will shape team performance, strengthen sales execution, and partner closely with sales leadership to improve pipeline quality, forecasting, and overall conversion. The position also calls for a strong coach and operator who can develop talent, refine sales processes, and help build a high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.
