- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives
- Co-sell on complex deals and guide the team through large, multi-stakeholder organizations
- Build and execute strategies to push mid-market wins into enterprise territory
- Run rigorous pipeline reviews, forecasting, and performance management
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, Pricing, and Customer Success
Sales Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement
- Provide hands-on coaching and guidance to help team members identify, qualify, and break into enterprise-level accounts
- Roll up your sleeves and co-sell with your team on complex deals, providing strategic guidance and active participation in customer meetings when necessary
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews to ensure team success
- Identify individual and team training needs and collaborate with enablement teams to develop and deliver relevant programs
- Act as a leader who consistently seeks out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes
What you bring to the role
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, spanning mid-market and enterprise
- 2+ years managing sales teams with a track record of building high-performance cultures
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong coaching, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Able to travel as needed
