About the role
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our team of Account Executives. The ideal candidate will bring proven sales experience, full-cycle closing skills, and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Owning the performance of a team of Account Executives
- Running weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
- Coach Account Executives on live deals with specific tactical guidance
- Join and help close strategic deals when needed
- Ramp new Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) transitioning into AE roles
- Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy
- Run forecast calls and ensure visibility into revenue
- Track conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy as key metrics
- Interview and hire Account Executives
Requirements
- Proven track record as a top-performing Account Executive - ability to clearly articulate own numbers
- 2+ years managing a team of 5+ Account Executives in a B2B SaaS environment
- Full-cycle closing experience with mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV)
- You still want to be in deals - this is not a pure management role

- Strong understanding of AI and ERP systems
- Experience in startups or high-growth environments
- Ability to adapt coaching styles to different team members
