What You'll Do
- Exceed sales growth target whilst maximizing profitability to ensure GP target is achieved in-line with company target by account management of dealer network in designated region.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve, meet and exceed assigned unit / sales goals, whilst analyzing customer performance, trends, product mix, pricing and advertising/promotion value to drive sales
- Increase business with Key Integrator accounts, focusing on building relationships with the Regional Sales Managers to ensure that the OM range is presented in all relevant sales opportunities.
- Develop close working relationships with key Distribution partners to create full understanding of 3rd Party Reseller network to expand sales reach of product range outside of the direct sales route.
- Prepare and present product demonstrations emphasizing the features and benefits of OM products to meet the needs of customers and third-party companies
- Provides accurate forecasting for each distributor, dealer, and integrator, whilst working with internal Back-Office to resolve all approved credits, invoice enquiries and payment arrears.
- Develop a keen knowledge of market competitors, their activities, new products, prices etc, and feedback to management on regular basis
- Liaise with internal Marketing Operations Manager to develop targeted marketing activities and programs with selected Strategic Partners across region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant industries.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs
What You'll Need
- College degree or high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills.
- A creative thinker to overcome customer objections.
- Experience in healthcare, workflow solutions, professional technology, or adjacent B2B markets is advantageous
- Must be adaptable and be able to consistently deal with ever changing conditions.
- Be willing to travel away from home office within the assigned territory which will include overnight stays. Events, Demos, and Dealer Training may include some evenings and weekends.
- Keen communication and listening skills.
- 5+ years’ experience of B2B sales and Account Management, preferably with SaaS markets.
- Computer skills related to the Microsoft Office suite, email, Internet with database knowledge a plus.
