Responsibilities
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and enhance the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to establish a customer network
- Manage vehicle inventory including ordering and dealer trades
- Maintain impeccable CSI scores by embracing Pohanka's client-first focus
- Develop and motivate the sales staff while focusing on profitability
- Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
- Desk deals, appraise trades, and lead the sales team
Requirements
- Prior automotive sales and F&I managerial experience preferred
- Automotive sales experience required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CDK)
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
