About the role

The Sales Lead (SL) role at Paper Source is a part-time position located in Deer Park, Illinois. This role involves creating memorable shopping experiences, managing store operations, and mentoring employees to ensure the best customer and employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable shopping experiences by providing excellent service and engaging with customers.
• Execute Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards to maintain a tidy and inviting store.
• Leverage key campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
• Develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their understanding of store operations.
• Ensure efficient store operations by directing work, managing receiving, returns, and other daily processes.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and share these with the team.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the store team, giving honest and respectful feedback.
• Drive results during Manager on Duty (MOD) segments, meeting the store's performance targets.
• Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during MOD periods.
• Open and close the store safely, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
• Comply with company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all store operations.

Qualifications
