About the role
As a Sales Lead, you model great selling behaviors, love selling our products, and make the customer experience exceptional by sharing your knowledge with your team and customers. Your desire to lead the team and manage the store supports the achievement of sales goals, efficiencies, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences with consistent, friendly, and informed service.
- Ensure a vibrant store through flawless execution of Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards.
- Leverage key campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
- Develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their understanding of different areas in the store.
- Ensure efficient execution of store operations, including receiving, returns, and other day-to-day processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations and communicate with the team.
- Communicate effectively and collaboratively with the store team and give feedback honestly and respectfully.
- Drive results during assigned Manager on Duty segments, delivering sales and behaviors that meet the store’s performance targets.
- Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during assigned MOD periods.
- Open and close the building, ensuring the safety of employees and customers.
- Ensure compliance to company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and store operations.
Requirements

- Solid operational knowledge to run the store.

Pay
An employee in this position can expect an hourly rate starting at $15.00.
