About the role
The Sales Lead (SL) position at Paper Source is a part-time role located in Delray Beach, Florida. This role models great selling behaviors, leads the team, and supports the achievement of sales goals while ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable shopping experiences by providing consistent, friendly, and informed service.
- Execute Visual Merchandising & Replenishment standards to maintain a vibrant store.
- Leverage key campaigns and services to actively sell and engage with customers.
- Develop employees by sharing knowledge and supporting their understanding of store areas.
- Manage store operations by directing work and overseeing receiving, returns, and other daily processes.
- Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in operations.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with the store team.
- Give honest and respectful feedback to the store team when necessary.
- Drive results during Manager on Duty (MOD) segments.
- Lead merchandising and replenishment efforts during assigned MOD periods.
- Ensure the safety of employees and customers by opening and closing the building.
- Comply with company standards regarding safety, customer experience, and all store operations, including asset protection.
- Work on the selling floor, requiring physical activity such as prolonged standing, repetitive bending, lifting, and climbing.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles.
