What You’ll Own
You will:
- Hunt and close new commercial business across Houston
- Prospect daily through cold calls, in-person visits, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a high-value, active sales pipeline
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and uncover real client pain points
- Present tailored, solution-based proposals that win business
- Negotiate contracts and close deals consistently
- Partner with operations to ensure execution matches what you sold
- Represent City Wide in the market and build a strong personal brand
What You Bring
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (service-based sales is a major plus)
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Fearless prospecting skills—phone, in-person, and networking
- Strong closing ability—you know how to ask for the business
- Confidence dealing with decision-makers (property managers, facility leaders, business owners)
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
