About the role
City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join the Commercial Business Solutions team. The ideal candidate will secure new service contracts in a designated territory, focusing on identifying potential clients and building strong relationships to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients
- Nurture relationships with clients to drive business growth
- Conduct face-to-face prospecting and cold calling
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years B2B Sales experience
- Fluency in English, including proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and positively influence decision-makers
- Exceptional judgment and professionalism in handling confidential materials
- Proficient in report writing and correspondence
- Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform operations with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Able to compute rates, ratios, and margins effectively
- Meet deadlines consistently
- Proficient in the use of telecommunication devices, email, fax, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Office, and position-specific software

Pay
Base salary: $50,000
Uncapped commissions with first year earnings: $110,000 plus
