Sales Overview
Own new logo growth for Digital Factory. This is a hunter role for a proven B2B seller who can run the full cycle—prospecting → close—and win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

What You’ll Do
- Source and close new enterprise, brand, and agency partnerships
- Own discovery, solution positioning, pitching, negotiation, and close
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Engage senior decision-makers across Marketing, Talent, DEI, Media, and Procurement
- Partner with leadership/internal teams for clean handoffs and successful launches
Success Criteria
- Consistent, qualified pipeline creation
- Closed-won revenue against monthly/quarterly goals
- Strong deal velocity and conversion
- Smoother onboarding transition for new clients

Requirements
- 5+ years B2B sales / BD / partnerships
- Track record closing mid-market to enterprise deals
- Experience in SaaS, platforms, analytics, media, or digital services (preferred)
- Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills
Compensation
100% commission, uncapped (new deals + renewals)
Optional commission + draw may be available based on experience
Work Setup
- Remote / flexible
- 1099 or employee (TBD)
- U.S.-based preferred
