About the role

Join our team as a Sales Executive – Business Development in the Minneapolis, MN area. This role requires generating new opportunities and using innovative technological solutions. You should have 5+ years of relevant sales experience or 7+ years of working experience, along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively pursue and build relationships with potential customers
  • Identify complex technology solutions using our industry-leading support system
  • Ensure sustainable growth for potential customers
  • Bring 5+ years of relevant sales expertise to our KONE family
  • Use knowledge gained from your bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant working experience

Requirements

  • Accountable for generating new opportunities outside an existing customer base
  • Find excitement in learning and selling innovative technological solutions
  • Have the ambition to continuously learn and use technological tools like our CRM
  • Be familiar with or interested in learning a solution selling methodology, such as Sandler
  • Collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience or 7+ years of working experience
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Skills

  • Knowledge of solution selling methodologies

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $115,500 – $151,620. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.

Schedule

Variable Compensation: KONE Sales Incentive based on achievements of sales targets.
