What You Will Do - Prepare correspondences via email/memos to ensure communications within the business unitPlan annual meetings and coordinate/book travel arrangements for the business unit as needed including annual meetingsCompile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales, and deliver reports appropriatelyPrepare various reports by collecting and collaborating information from various functionsOrder or copy documents for distribution to the members of the business unitParticipate/facilitate trainings pertinent to the business unitManage updates to contact information of members within the business unitImplement and manage project ideas conceptualized by leaders of the business unitSupport Sales Training programs, including class logistics, attendee communications, materials and post-course follow-upProvide Medical Education support as needed, including course logistics, travel coordination and event execution Required - What you need - 5+ years of relevant/professional experienceProficiency using Microsoft Office suite technology, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to provide support to departmental executives and executives across the divisionAbility to travel 5-6 times per yearDemonstrated interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; be detailed oriented Preferred - Bachelor’s degreeAbility to take initiative, learn new concepts/processes, and improve current processesAbility to provide rapid, accurate response to confidential/sensitive requests and to routinely handle confidential information $38.31 - $53.86 USD Hourly Health benefits include: Medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, wellbeing program and tobacco cessation program.
