The Sales Director - Financial Services, Banking role at Accenture is a growth-focused position aimed at creating positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. Responsibilities
- Create solutions to complex technology business problems requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs.
- Interact with senior client stakeholders and Accenture leadership to shape and drive strategic pursuits.
- Define pursuit strategies, develop compelling client messaging, and build trusted executive relationships.
- Bring differentiated, industry-leading perspectives leveraging AI-enabled capabilities across technology strategy, data and AI, application development and management, and infrastructure services.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in cloud and AI platforms to shape and deliver scalable, business-driven solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling banking opportunities.
- Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $10M+.
- Minimum of 2 years' recent experience selling banking market.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).

- Experience working within G2000 customers.
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.

Pay
Annual salary range: $136,800 to $237,600.
Schedule
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
