About the role

bVital, a brain regeneration center, is seeking a proven SDR Team Lead to build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role focuses on qualifying prospects and booking appointments for high-ticket closers in a mission-driven, AI-first environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs, driving daily activity metrics.
  • Optimize outbound call strategies and implement multi-channel outreach.
  • Ensure high script alignment and sales quality through AI-based call analysis.
  • Track and manage team KPIs, analyze performance data, and maintain accurate reporting.
  • Oversee SDR workflow and CRM usage within GoHighLevel.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in SDR/BDR management or inside sales leadership.
  • Proven track record managing outbound teams and hitting appointment targets.
  • Experience in high-ticket sales environments (healthcare, coaching, or consulting preferred).
  • Proficiency with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM.
  • Experience using AI tools for call analysis and performance insights.
  • Strong coaching, leadership, communication, and data-driven problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

  • Healthcare or wellness industry experience.
  • Experience improving outbound answer rates and deliverability.
  • Background in training SDRs on objection handling and emotional sales conversations.
