Key Responsibilities

  • Generating new business pipeline for Business Development Managers via inbound/outbound initiatives and activities
  • Demonstrating best practice and up-to-date knowledge of our products and the value to potential and existing clients
  • Managing your time efficiently and prioritizing your workload
  • Collaborating with various internal departments to improve business processes and support onboarding of new clients
  • Proactively engaging with potential and current clients and building strong relationships
  • Expanding market knowledge and awareness through your own research
  • Organize and manage your pipeline and present to your line manager

Requirements

  • Relevant sales, customer-facing, and/or internship experience
  • Track record of achievement and success in competitive environments
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships to gain and share information such as industry trends
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills
  • Self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in their role
