Responsibilities
- Possess and leverage strong communication skills to prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identify key decision-makers and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
- Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns specific to the advisor audience.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and activity targets.
Qualifications
- Experience selling SaaS products.
- Two or more years of experience in a Sales Development Rep (or similar) position.
- Demonstrated competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn financial concepts.
- Proven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously.
- Team player, accountable, sales-minded.
- Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable on the phone and making 100+ dials per week.
- Familiarity with SaaS tech stack; Hubspot, Dialpad, Apollo, HeyReach, Linkedin Sales Nav, Claude, Macbook, etc.
- Strong desire to win, scrappy and resourceful, finds ways to get to the goal no matter what.
