Responsibilities

  • Possess and leverage strong communication skills to prospect via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify key decision-makers and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns specific to the advisor audience.
  • Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and activity targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS products.
  • Two or more years of experience in a Sales Development Rep (or similar) position.
  • Demonstrated competency with verbal and written communications and the ability to present complex ideas in the right voice for the intended audience.
  • Self-directed with the ability to work independently.
  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn financial concepts.
  • Proven track record of success to be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, manage multiple priorities and strict timelines simultaneously.
  • Team player, accountable, sales-minded.
  • Resilient, coachable, and goal-oriented.
  • Comfortable on the phone and making 100+ dials per week.
  • Familiarity with SaaS tech stack; Hubspot, Dialpad, Apollo, HeyReach, Linkedin Sales Nav, Claude, Macbook, etc.
  • Strong desire to win, scrappy and resourceful, finds ways to get to the goal no matter what.
