The Opportunity

Sales Development Representatives play a crucial role in Eon’s continued growth. The role is focused on identifying new enterprise relationships by prospecting, communicating clear value, qualifying fit and need, setting quality meetings, and maintaining opportunity momentum.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare experience or experience in selling SaaS/products with conceptual value
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, productivity tools, GTM intelligence tools
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Innovative and fast thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset focused on exceeding sales outcomes
  • Proven ability to establish contact, qualify, and set meetings with target prospects
  • Consultative mindset to adapt to diverse prospect needs

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication

Pay

$34.00 - $38.45/hr. ($70,720 - $80,000 annualized) + up to $25K bonus earning potential based on sales requirements.
