Position Overview

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on starting conversations, creating opportunities, and consistently opening doors with decision-makers. This is a pure outbound prospecting role.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Outbound Prospecting
    • Cold calling and email outreach
    • Generating qualified meetings with decision-makers
    • Executing strategic follow-up sequences
    • Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
  • Lead Qualification
    • Conducting initial conversations
    • Identifying business challenges and opportunities
    • Assessing prospect fit
    • Communicating Curvion Blue's value proposition
    • Scheduling qualified meetings
  • Account Research & Targeting
    • Researching target companies and key stakeholders
    • Personalizing outreach to increase engagement
    • Utilizing CRM systems and prospecting tools effectively
  • Team Collaboration
    • Working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership
    • Providing detailed notes and prospect insights
    • Participating in coaching, training, and call reviews
  • CRM & Activity Management
    • Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activity
    • Tracking outreach performance, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
    • Continuously improving messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ year of experience in sales
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
    • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting tools
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

    Compensation

    $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year OTE Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Uncapped commission

    Schedule

    Monday to Friday
    9AM - 6PM (specific to your time zone)

    Compensation Range

    $55K - $65K
