Position Overview
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on starting conversations, creating opportunities, and consistently opening doors with decision-makers. This is a pure outbound prospecting role.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Outbound Prospecting
- Cold calling and email outreach
- Generating qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Executing strategic follow-up sequences
- Consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals
- Lead Qualification
- Conducting initial conversations
- Identifying business challenges and opportunities
- Assessing prospect fit
- Communicating Curvion Blue's value proposition
- Scheduling qualified meetings
- Account Research & Targeting
- Researching target companies and key stakeholders
- Personalizing outreach to increase engagement
- Utilizing CRM systems and prospecting tools effectively
- Team Collaboration
- Working closely with Account Executives and sales leadership
- Providing detailed notes and prospect insights
- Participating in coaching, training, and call reviews
- CRM & Activity Management
- Maintaining accurate records of prospecting activity
- Tracking outreach performance, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
- Continuously improving messaging, talk tracks, and objection handling
- 1+ year of experience in sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar prospecting tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Compensation
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year OTE Compensation Package: Bonus opportunities Uncapped commission

Monday to Friday
9AM - 6PM (specific to your time zone)
