About the role
The Sales Development Representative will drive top-of-funnel growth by owning outbound prospecting across cold calls, email outreach, and social engagement to generate a qualified pipeline. They will play a critical role in revenue generation by qualifying inbound leads, assessing fit, and partnering closely with sales to convert opportunities. They will collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve lead conversion performance.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting across cold calls, email outreach, and social engagement to generate a qualified pipeline.
- Qualify inbound leads, assess fit, and partner closely with sales to convert opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve lead conversion performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development (ideally in tech or software).
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

$60K base (OTE: $84K) + Uncapped Upside + Revenue Share + Competitive Equity
