Responsibilities

  • Use dashboards, reports, & real-time Smart Alerts to connect campaigns, conversations, and revenue performance.
  • Integrate and leverage data from CRM, CCaaS, and marketing apps to drive revenue growth.
  • Activate AI call data across multiple platforms to enhance customer interactions.
  • Optimize marketing efforts and attribution models to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Improve agent performance through AI-powered scoring and coaching.
  • Grow policies and revenue using data and AI-powered solutions.
  • Maximize bookings and revenue for every voyage and property.
  • Analyze and optimize caller experiences at every location to improve overall engagement.

Qualifications

Experience with predictive, generative, and agentic AI is required. Strong understanding of digital, conversation, and transaction data is essential. Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools is necessary. Experience with CRM, CCaaS, and marketing applications is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is beneficial.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
