About the role
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Development Representative is a mid-level sales position and will generate buying demand for Gravitational Marketing products and services. The SDR’s core function will be to hunt for new business and present sales-ready opportunities to our Sales Advisors.
Responsibilities
- Learn training materials, become a product expert, and contact new prospects
- Become an authority on using lead generation tools to routinely extract contacts and craft accurate and targeted lists of prospects
- Utilize smart, targeted questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers such as Dealer Principals and General Managers of car dealerships, and other business leaders within different vertical markets
- Quickly build interest and opportunities with new prospects
- Making a minimum of 100-150 outbound calls daily
- Meet reasonable weekly goals and established metrics
- Utilizing the sales tools provided
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, initiative, positive attitude & high energy
- Openness to learn & willingness to try anything
- Experience working with an online CRM a plus (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)
- Persistence to overcome obstacles and achieve quotas
- Strong leadership experience in school, work or any organization
