About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Speedpoint is focused on outbound prospecting, qualifying interest, and booking demos for our Account Executives. This role is part of Speedpoint's mission to power the performance and specialty automotive industry with a dedicated software solution.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to automotive shop owners and managers
- Qualify prospects and identify strong-fit customers
- Schedule demos for Account Executives
- Manage pipeline and activity in Close CRM
- Follow up via phone, text, and email
- Learn and communicate Speedpoint’s value clearly and confidently
- Work closely with leadership to sharpen messaging and improve results
Requirements
- Strong communicator, especially on the phone
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
- Coachable and eager to improve every day
- Demonstrates consistent work ethic and ownership
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Previous sales or SDR experience, experience with Close CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot, interest in or familiarity with the automotive/performance industry, startup experience or comfort in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Base Salary: $60,000
Overtime Potential (OTE): $90,000 (base + uncapped bonus tied to demos booked and performance)
