About the role

Fello is a profitable, hyper-growth, VC-backed B2B SaaS company building the AI Operating System for relationship-driven growth. Our platform combines data intelligence, marketing automation, and conversational AI to help businesses engage smarter, move faster, and scale effortlessly. We turn complex data into simple, intelligent actions — automating everything from outreach to follow-up.

Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day to potential customers
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn)
  • Leverage AI tools to amplify your efficiency and connect with the right prospects at the right time
  • Schedule meetings with decision-makers for Senior Account Executives
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Accurately track and manage activities in the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor information
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and strategies utilizing AI

Requirements

You have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A student mentality with a strong work ethic
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience in AI as an end user to enhance efficiencies
  • Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and social selling
  • A team player attitude who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
  • A deep understanding on the real estate industry

Qualifications

You have:

  • Education level: Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales or related field

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with AI tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST
