Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by:
- Prospecting leads using sales intelligence tools
- Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, warm calls, email, social selling)
- Engaging C-level executives and decision-makers at real estate companies
- Multi-threading within accounts to find the best entry point for Uniti AI
- Driving high-volume outreach with an emphasis on quality conversations
- Qualifying and booking meetings that fuel the sales pipeline
- A strong communicator – you can clearly articulate Uniti AI’s value proposition to real estate professionals
- Goal-driven & high-energy – you love competition and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- A creative problem-solver – you’re always thinking of new ways to break into accounts
- Comfortable with performance metrics – you like being measured against targets and exceeding them
- Coachable & adaptable – you take feedback, iterate, and improve quickly
- NYC-based or willing to work in person at our headquarters 4-5 days per week
- 6+ months in an SDR role with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota
- Experienced with Hubspot, Amplemarket, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with real estate tech or AI-driven sales platforms
- Experience in high-volume outbound sales (80+ calls/day)
