About the role
SOCi is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who want to accelerate their sales career and contribute to our rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities for SOCi’s sales organization
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop and execute go-to-market strategies
- Call into key accounts to set up discovery calls and demos
- Follow up on and drive deals to their next phase
- Identify expansion opportunities for our largest and most strategic customers
- Close the transactional business for our Account Executive team
- Affiliate in in-territory gifting programs and events
- Pre- and post-conference outreach
- Source sales enablement collateral
Requirements
- Self-starter with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Proven time management skills and ability to work independently or through coaching
- Excellent communication skills, including both phone and written communication
- Ability to use intrinsic motivation and collaborative teamwork to achieve success
- Phenomenal character with a high work ethic and drive for success
- Desire to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business
Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Proven ability to handle a variety of software business tools
- Desire to work in a competitive and fast-paced environment

Pay
$50,000 to $60,000 USD base plus bonuses/commissions. Individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Remote opportunity available. Preference given to candidates based in the Miami or Fort Lauderdale area for future team gatherings and meetings.
