About the role
We are looking for a high-performing, AI-native Sales Development Representative to join our San Francisco team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the charge in identifying high-value prospects, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to scale outreach, and driving meaningful pipeline growth.
- Conduct high-volume, personalized outbound prospecting using AI tools to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls to build a robust pipeline of high-intent opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team and marketing to refine messaging and optimize sales conversion funnels.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally within a SaaS or AI context.
- Tech-savvy and AI-native, with the ability to leverage automation and LLMs to increase personal productivity.
- Exceptional communication skills and a resilient mindset, comfortable with the ambiguity and speed of a startup environment.
