About the role

We are looking for a high-performing, AI-native Sales Development Representative to join our San Francisco team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the charge in identifying high-value prospects, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to scale outreach, and driving meaningful pipeline growth.
  • Conduct high-volume, personalized outbound prospecting using AI tools to identify and engage key decision-makers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and run discovery calls to build a robust pipeline of high-intent opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the founding team and marketing to refine messaging and optimize sales conversion funnels.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally within a SaaS or AI context.
  • Tech-savvy and AI-native, with the ability to leverage automation and LLMs to increase personal productivity.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a resilient mindset, comfortable with the ambiguity and speed of a startup environment.

  • Experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in sales.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
