AI Software Sales Representative

About the role

We're looking for a full-time AI Software Sales Representative to join our team at our Warminster, Pennsylvania office. You'll be setting appointments, qualifying inbound leads, and booking demos for our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads from website forms, live chat, and marketing campaigns
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and confirming fit with Pitchbox
• Schedule demos and discovery calls with Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM
• Follow up with leads who aren't ready to book immediately
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets
• Learn the product inside and out

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable handling high volumes of calls, emails, and chats
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Able to qualify leads quickly and ask the right questions
• Professional, friendly demeanor
• Reliable and punctual

Skills

• Nice to have previous experience in B2B sales or SaaS environment
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools
• Background in customer service or call center work
