About the role

The Sales Director, AI Sales will lead the sales strategy for AI products within the Americas region. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, customer acquisition, and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AI products in the Americas market
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts and partners to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Account Managers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and customer satisfaction
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies
  • Contribute to the overall success of the GoToMarket organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership in sales roles, preferably in technology or AI industries
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies for complex products
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in technology or AI sectors
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
  • Experience leading a team of Sales Account Managers
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of emerging technologies

$150,000 - $200,000 annually
