Sales Correspondent I-FSC

About the role

Will have direct contact with external customers and Parker salespeople. Keep appropriate departments informed of customer requirements and problem areas. Process internal and external emails, schedules and releases on a timely basis.

Responsibilities

• Give customer price quotations and process credits
• Enter customer purchase orders via mainframe
• Enter customer complaints and ATRs

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in personal computer and mainframe programs
• Excellent telephone and general communication skills
• Excellent math skills
• Sensitivity in dealing with customer conflicts
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with various levels of the organization
• Previous customer service experience (beneficial)
• High School Graduate with emphasis on office procedures, interpersonal communications, and computer skills
• Basic MS Office programs proficiency
