Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. You will contribute to core sales processes that help optimize the performance of TAPCO’s sales team.
- Collaborate closely with sales teammates to qualify and execute marketing leads into sales opportunities
- Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities
- Ensure all relevant data is updated accurately and promptly within the CRM system
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids
- Maintain accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP
- Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Two or more years of experience in a sales or customer service position
- Proven experience in a sales support or customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Experience working with a CRM (preferred)
- Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
