Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator Concierge is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and providing top-notch customer service for new and existing Barlow customers.
Responsibilities
- Cook up and follow up with appointments for the sales team
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team
- Setup vehicle software
- Set up customer loyalty accounts
- Routine cadence outreach for expiring lease customers
- Inform customers of the sales process, options, and what to expect
- Aid customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about our products
- Collaborate with internal team to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
- Introduce customers to the Service Team
- Aid in setting up the first service appointment for customers
- Greet and engage with customers in the waiting room to address any questions or concerns
- Establish a referral program for new customers
- Establish and maintain a meaningful and positive working relationship with customers
- Attend industry promotional events to establish and build relationships
- Analyze and stay up to date with industry trends
- Aid in sales Marketing initiatives
- Annual compliance training
- Other duties assigned as directed
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license in good standing
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Regular and consistent attendance and timeliness is essential
- In-person work is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
