Sales Coordinator Concierge

Position Summary

The Sales Coordinator Concierge is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring seamless coordination of sales activities and providing top-notch customer service for new and existing Barlow customers.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and follow up with appointments for the sales team
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team
  • Setup vehicle software
  • Set up customer loyalty accounts
  • Routine cadence outreach for expiring lease customers
  • Inform customers of the sales process, options, and what to expect
  • Aid customers with inquiries and provide detailed information about our products
  • Collaborate with internal team to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Introduce customers to the Service Team
  • Aid in setting up the first service appointment for customers
  • Greet and engage with customers in the waiting room to address any questions or concerns
  • Establish a referral program for new customers
  • Establish and maintain a meaningful and positive working relationship with customers
  • Attend industry promotional events to establish and build relationships
  • Analyze and stay up to date with industry trends
  • Aid in sales Marketing initiatives
  • Annual compliance training
  • Other duties assigned as directed

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's license in good standing
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Regular and consistent attendance and timeliness is essential
  • In-person work is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
