Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling patients appointments with primary care and specialist physicians.
  • Connecting patients with resources they need (Medicaid, food stamps, etc).
  • Greeting and welcoming patients with a smile and ensuring patient care satisfaction is at 99%.
  • Comforting patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions.
  • Recording and collecting patient information for follow-up appointments.
  • Protecting patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information, HIPAA compliance.
  • Extending excellent patient care to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.

Job Specifications

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Good oral/written communication skills required.
  • Able to read work orders and/or receive verbal instructions required.
  • Smile.
  • Excellent customer service required.
