About the role

Vanguard seeks a Senior Specialist for Sales Compensation. This role leads cross-functional projects, supports annual sales planning, and drives process automation.

Responsibilities

  • Leads cross-functional sales compensation strategy and execution projects, collaborating with senior stakeholders and implementing seamlessly.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on sales compensation, influencing senior leaders and stakeholders on complex topics.
  • Maintains and enhances sales compensation reporting and analysis, working closely with sales leaders, executives, and data experts.
  • Manages sales compensation governance committee meetings and senior leadership communications, developing clear, effective presentations and memos.
  • Identifies and implements process automation and technology solutions to optimize manual inefficiencies.
  • Proactively identifies and mitigates risks and project issues.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years related work experience, two years of project management experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
