About the role
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships with key clients, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to grow the company's client base
- Identify and qualify potential clients, assess their needs, and tailor solutions accordingly
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at target companies
- Present the company's value proposition and solution to potential clients
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a technology or software industry
- Proven track record of successful business development and account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Passion for technology and a deep understanding of HR, payroll, and recruiting systems
- Experience with API integrations and cloud-based solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

$130K - $170K (OTE: $160K - $250K) + Competitive equity
