What You’ll Do
- Own the top of the funnel: prospect, qualify, and set up meetings with target accounts.
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and jump on opportunities without delay.
- Run structured outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls).
- Track activity and results.
- You’ll be responsible for numbers and impact.
- Collaborate with the founders on messaging, strategy, and improving playbooks.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an SDR or sales role.
- You know the basics and don’t need hand-holding.
- Fast, responsible, and reliable.
- You get things done the moment they’re on your plate.
- Coachable: able to pick up new approaches and scripts quickly.
- Comfortable with metrics, CRMs, and accountability.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
