What You’ll Do

  • Own the top of the funnel: prospect, qualify, and set up meetings with target accounts.
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and jump on opportunities without delay.
  • Run structured outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Track activity and results.
  • You’ll be responsible for numbers and impact.
  • Collaborate with the founders on messaging, strategy, and improving playbooks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in an SDR or sales role.
  • You know the basics and don’t need hand-holding.
  • Fast, responsible, and reliable.
  • You get things done the moment they’re on your plate.
  • Coachable: able to pick up new approaches and scripts quickly.
  • Comfortable with metrics, CRMs, and accountability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
