Sales - Business Development / Account Manager
About the Role
This client-facing Business Development / Account Manager role offers the opportunity to develop new accounts and grow and maintain relationships with clients. You will sell staffing and recruiting services to accounting, finance, and HR decision makers, managing all facets of the sales process—from initial prospecting to account management—through phone, email, and face-to-face or video meetings. After a placement is made, you will continue developing the relationship and providing excellent customer service. The role allows you to learn about industries and companies in your market, deliver a valuable win-win-win service, and make a significant impact on the business and your career.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, staffing, or business (including internships)
- Ability to confidently and effectively communicate at all levels within an organization
- Strong at connecting via social media and email, with even stronger phone and in-person communication skills; proactive about picking up the phone to drive results
- Driven, competitive, self-motivated, and a team player
- Good sense of humor
