About the role

This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Present company products and services to potential clients, providing detailed information on benefits and solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful sales performance.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
