Responsibilities

• Engage and welcome potential customers at our Design Center
• Help customers by providing guidance and answering their inquiries about customization options
• Keep the Design Center and models in top condition, representing our business professionally
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a respectful manner
• Maintain accurate and current customer information for our sales team
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt construction start times for our customers

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with preference given to candidates holding a bachelor's degree
• Being bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
• At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
