Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique with all aspects of sales, including client service and administrative elements related to selling and non-selling
- Secure necessary merchandise, place merchandise back in designated area on sales floor, and replenish sold merchandise on the floor
- Support primary Wardrobe Specialist with achieving and exceeding planned sales goals
- Demonstrate Relationship Selling Skills to assist the Wardrobe Specialist
- Communicate professionally with clients, peers, and management team
- Complete Alteration/Blocking processes according to Company standards
- Support clients in the absence of the Wardrobe Specialist
- Show strong product knowledge and keep updated on new products, market trends, and fashion
- Maintain the Wardrobe Specialist's client book and generate sales through appointments and daily correspondence
- Send Company-initiated mailings for clients as needed
- Log Cost of Goods (COG) for the Wardrobe Specialist each month
- Accurately perform all Point of Sale (POS) functions
- Assist in preparing and executing stores' physical inventories and resolving discrepancies
- Participate in non-selling activities such as go backs, clean up, and compliance
- Work flexible hours, including nights, days, and weekends as needed
- Adapt to changing situations and work collaboratively with others
- Comply with Company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and local, state, and federal laws
