Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all existing and potential customers.
- Aid sales staff in scheduling and following up with existing and potential customers.
- Send communications via various methods including text, phone, video, messenger, chat, and email.
- Utilize apps and electronic technologies to enhance communication.
- Seek out and build customer networks within the local community.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service principles
- Familiarity with computers, cell phones, and internet-based applications
- Aggressive personality with high energy
