SALES ASSISTANT

About the role

To assist order management, scheduling, customer follow-up and administrative work to support the sales team. Performs all other duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate Degree and 1 year of sales support experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, self-starter, effective communication (verbal and written).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail oriented, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and positive work ethic.
• Bilingual - English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
