About the role
To assist order management, scheduling, customer follow-up and administrative work to support the sales team. Performs all other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate Degree and 1 year of sales support experience.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, self-starter, effective communication (verbal and written).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Detail oriented, multi-tasking, prioritizing, and positive work ethic.
- Bilingual - English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
